The event was held in the dorm of Griya Kinasih not just religious events, festivals celebration (Christmas, Independence Day, etc.), welcome party for the guests (sponsors, benefactors, etc.).
One other event that is sometimes done in this dormitory is a recreation. This recreation plan is done when underprivileged children are in school holidays.
Holiday events or recreation is done by means of traveling to many tourist attraction which are in Malang city and the surrounding area.
One example is the holiday event carried a vacation to the Sendang Biru on July 2, 2011. Sendang Biru is a beach and also an ecotourism which owned by Perum Perhutani (State Owned Enterprises in the forestry sector) and manage by KBM JLPL Unit II.
Beautiful scenery, white sand, blue sea water, lots of attractive fisherman’s boat, and other exciting activities can be enjoy by these underprivileged children.
Assistance from the sponsors, donors, and others that allow held a holiday or recreation event together for these disadvantage children.
